We offer a standard 1 year guarantee on our work and on certain installations this can be upgraded to 2 years.Manufacturer’s guarantees apply in all cases while all labour carries our own warranty. All materials and products carry full manufacturers warranty and we will always take up complaints or queries on behalf of our customers with the manufacturers.

Labour defects arising from faulty installation/repair work which are within the guarantee period that may require rectification are dealt with as a priority.

Labour defects arising from faulty installation/repair which are outside the standard company guarantee period may, at the company’s discretion, be undertaken either free or partially charged upon inspection.
